Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will gladly send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Personalized Items

Because our personalized jewelry is custom-made, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
